Royes Reunion 2022 – update #3 & virtual town hall
Hello family and friends!
Is this a hint of spring that we sense in the air? The reunion committee is diligently working to make this year’s reunion one for the ages – we know that we can overcome the many challenges of planning a three-day festival of laughter, love, and community during a pandemic because we are Royes Strong! But…we cannot do it without you!
In our last communication, we asked you to let us know if you will be attending the reunion, some of you answered the call, but we still need to hear from more of you. Please bear in mind that the planning committee needs to know that we will have the minimum number of participants to keep the reunion within the established budget. If we do not meet this minimum number by April 15, 2022, we will be forced to postpone the reunion plans. Currently, we have reached only 50% of the minimum number of registrants needed to continue.
The COVID-19 numbers have fallen, and we believe the prospect for our reunion is looking brighter. In addition, the committee will continue to assess the COVID numbers in Jamaica and to implement recommended safety protocols to ensure the safety of our family and friends.
So, come join us as we return to the Holiday Inn Montego Bay in Jamaica for our reunion from Thursday July 28, through Sunday July 31, 2022. The 2022 full reunion rates start at $525 per adult double occupancy (see the table below).

We will be hosting a virtual town hall session on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. EST. At that time, we will discuss our planning decisions and answer your questions and/or concerns about the 14th Royes Family Reunion.
